On a nice day, you’re likely to see Jeff perched outside the store on a plastic deck chair, sipping coffee and watching the Greenwich Village crowds go by. He’s seen the city and its music scene change over the years, from sitting in on sitar with Sly & the Family Stone in the 1960′s until now. We were fortunate enough to get a sneak peek into his basement workshop where he’s working on his own creation; a new instrument that brings the elements of tonally rich acoustic instruments to a volume that can compete with the hustle and bustle of New York City streets…
